Apr 28th 2018LeVeneziane pasta is my favorite brand of GF pasta. It has a wonderful taste and the texture of the pasta is as close to regular pasta as I have found. Even though it is a no-boil product, I still par boil the sheets for a bit, as I find they are still too firm for my taste without boiling. Love this product.

Jan 30th 2017This was the first time I've made GF lasagne and it was everything I hoped it would be! These have perfect consistency, good flavor, and held up well to a few days of reheating. I boiled them for three minutes before assembly, which I would do again. I'm back for more.
