Feb 27th 2025I've tried a lot of wheat-free noodles, made from beans, konjac, pea flour, even other brands of corn-based pasta. Some are ok but most are a letdown. This is The Best I've ever had.

May 13th 2020We have tried numerous gluten free pasta brands. Many have ended up in the compost as they were Almost inedible. In our experience Le Veneziane is the only brand that comes close to regular spaghetti. We have served it to friends who did not realize that it was corn pasta.

Jan 31st 2020Spaghetti Marinara, simple but satisfying has always been a weekly staple in our home until we found my husband needed to eat only gluten free pasta. Le Veneziane, is the only brand of gluten-free pasta that I have found that my husband likes. He's Italian, LOVES pasta and has for the most part been very unhappy with pasta until we found this brand. It is affordable and delicious, having none of the strange texture and taste of most of the GF pastas we tried before this.. It's great to be able to enjoy spaghetti again.
