The Gluten-Free Mall® Purchase Policy

Order Acceptance & Shipping Policy:

All orders placed through Gluten-Free Mall® are subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: orders that exceed reasonable shipping thresholds due to weight, size, or destination; orders where carrier surcharges render fulfillment commercially unviable; or orders flagged for other fulfillment concerns. Order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract. In the event an order is modified or cancelled under this policy, affected customers will be notified promptly and any payments received will be refunded in full. Gluten-Free Mall® shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the refusal or cancellation of an order under this policy.

All Items:

• For the safety of all customers we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales are final.
• Delivery Address Change: UPS charges $12 for address corrections. We apply this to your order should you require such a change.
• Product Ingredients: Ingredients for all foods sold at The Gluten-Free Mall® are posted on each product's page, and it is a customer's responsibility to read and understand them, and to select only those items that are safe for their specific diet. The gluten-free status and any other claim regarding the ingredients of any product sold at The Gluten-Free Mall® are made solely by the manufacturer.
• Chocolate Items: Please be aware that are not responsible for melted chocolate being shipped during warmer months. 
• Product Returns and Refunds: We only accept pre-authorized returns and issue refunds or store credit for the following reasons (a digital image of the item(s) or the return of the remaining item(s) at our expense may be required, and any product defect or order issue must be reported within 7 days of the receipt of your order.  Any issues reported after 7 days of receipt will be eligible for store credit at the sole discretion of the The Gluten-Free Mall®):
1. The item was damaged during shipment, has spoiled, or is otherwise defective;
2. The item's “Best When Used By” date lapsed by the time it was received;
3. The item's description on our Web site was inaccurate.

Thawing Policy:

The Gluten-Free Mall® is not responsible for thawing of products as long as they arrive within the expected time frame from our shipping partners. Our frozen items are shipped in insulated boxes with dry ice to ensure they remain in excellent condition during transit.

Third-Party Purchases:

• If you purchase Shiloh Farms or Pure Living products through a third-party retailer, any issues related to refunds, returns, or exchanges must be handled through that retailer. We recommend contacting the third-party retailer directly for assistance with your purchase.
