A ketogenic diet forces your body to rely on ketone bodies - a fuel produced in the liver from stored fat. When this occurs, your body is said to be in a state of ketosis. In this state, your body becomes much more efficient at burning fat for energy.

A food is considered raw if it has not been heated over 104–118°F (40–48°C). Raw foods are also unrefined, unpasteurized, and not treated with pesticides or similar chemicals.

Much like veganism, raw foodism is mostly plant-based and consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Although some people will also eat sprouted grains and unpasteurized dairy, as well.
