Jan 31st 2020This, Le Veneziane, is the only brand of gluten-free pasta that I have found that my husband likes. He's Italian, LOVES pasta and has for the most part been very unhappy with pasta until we found this brand. It is affordable and delicious, having none of the strange texture and taste of most of the GF pastas we tried before this.. One of my husbands favorites is rigatoni with vodka sauce. I am so glad he can enjoy it again!

Nov 19th 2018LeVeneziane is the favorite GF pasta brand of my family. We have tried many brands over the last five years and this is the absolute favorite of my family. The taste and texture of this pasta is identical to wheat pasta.

Sep 27th 2017My grandma's rigatoni was authentic and delicious. My mom still makes penne and Rigatoni in the house. I don't get it. To me, Le Veneziane just tastes like pure corn. The texture might be good, but that taste throws me off too much. My mom is NCGI as well and she loves it.

Apr 15th 2014This is definitely one of the best GF pastas on the market. At times we cook GF pasta for my daughter and non-GF for the rest of the family. No one complains when we use Le Veneziane in place of non-GF pasta while there are plenty of complaints with other brands. I would highly recommend is but it is a bit pricey.

Apr 3rd 2014This is the best gluten-free pasta we have tried. I found it in the local market when we lived in Rome, Italy from 2005 to 2008, and have been a consumer ever since. The consistency is more like a wheat pasta versus rice, and does not stick together nor congeal.
