Jan 31st 2020Le Veneziane Gluten Free Lasagna Corn Pasta. This didn't have any of the "different taste and texture" often found in gluten free pasta. It was excellent. My husband who is a tough critic was perfectly pleased and requested more of the same soon. I couldn't be happier. It's discouraging to go to the trouble of preparing a meal and then get complaints, not due to anything you can change, so I am delighted to have Le Veneziane pastas available!

Dec 3rd 2019There are many gluten free lasagna options out there. These are from Italy. I always say Italians don’t make bad pasta. There are many in Italy who are celiac and the Italians, of course, have created gluten free pasta that is perfect. I love these lasagna noodles and you cannot tell they are gluten free.
