Le Veneziane products are made with only the finest Italian corn flour. The simplicity of the recipe, the excellent cooking properties and the rough surface which helps sauce adhere to the pasta, all provide for a tasty and rewarding dish.
Cooking Instructions:
Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook 6/7 minutes. Drain pasta.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Feb 9th 2017I have Celiac Disease and having to find good substitute pasta for the wheat pasta I used to eat has been challenging.
