Le Veneziane products are made with only the finest Italian corn flour. The simplicity of the recipe, the excellent cooking properties and the rough surface which helps sauce adhere to the pasta, all provide for a tasty and rewarding dish.
Cooking Instructions:
Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook 6/7 minutes. Drain pasta.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Jun 16th 2020I've been searching for gluten free Farfalle for years and was thrilled to find this one. Not the traditional bow tie shape, a little different, but a very nice GF pasta. I don't cook it quite as long as they indicate, so I would suggest testing these after a few minutes until you get them to the al dente that you like. Definitely a plus that they stay whole and don't break apart like some gf pasta does - and not "slimy" like some rice noodles can be because they are made of corn.
