Worth buying they are so good. I've been trying to expand and try other gluten free items and I've been completely satisfied with my options on this site!

The LeVeneziane Gluten Free pasta's are all excellent. This brand is the favorite of my family and we have tried many brands over the last five years. The Ditalini is the perfect pasta for my homemade soups. It is a staple in my pantry year round.

Excellent texture and taste. They work well in soups; they don't get soggy at all. I keep them on hand all the time because they are so versatile. Great product.

These are in the Asian Soup and Noodles category...I guess because ditalini is used in some soups? I'd put them with the macaroni elbows. I don't get it. To me, Le Veneziane just tastes like pure corn. The texture might be good, but that taste throws me off too much. My mom is NCGI as well and she loves it.

After trying many types of gf pasta, I was skeptical how just corn pasta could be better than the rest. Well, it doesn't really matter how, because it's divine. Super texture, good flavor, and I used it to make a recipe for pasta e fagioli I'd been saving. They are a good size for my 20 month old to munch on, too. I plan to keep these on hand.
