Le Veneziane corn pasta is ideal for those who enjoy natural, healthy food, or celiac, or are gluten-intolerant. The pasta's rich natural carotenes convey it a characteristic golden yellow color. Also low in fat and cholesterol free.
Cooking Instructions -
For best results use about 2-qts water, 1-Tbsp salt for each pound of pasta. Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook 7/8 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Oct 15th 2019When my husband got a diagnosis of celiac disease at age 72, I began to buy every kind of GF pasta. I could eat pasta for breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- so I was DETERMINED to find one that he could eat and that I liked. Le Veneziane is it. Once I found it, I gave all the other boxes of pasta to a food drive! We have tried all the "shapes" -- the Pipe Rigate are little shells that hold a sauce, like orichiette. Le Veneziane pastas taste like durum wheat pasta, and they have the same "mouth-feel." Plus it does NOT fall to bits when you re-heat the leftovers. Leave it to the Italians to produce a pasta that we all can enjoy!

May 21st 2019It takes only 3 minutes to cook these tasty noodles. Similar to angel hair in thinness. My kids LOVE these! And it’s a great replacement for ramen noodles, both in cook time and kid friendliness. This brand of noodle is as close to the recipe texture of traditional pasta. My husband who is not gluten free is happy to eat all the varieties. Saves me from cooking two batches of noodles.

Dec 1st 2018If you love thin spaghetti and you want gluten free, look no further than this product. The texture and flavor is amazing. Its important to not over cook to get the absolute perfect firmness but worth the time. Most other pastas get mushy and quite frankly are tasteless but the Le Veneziane Capellini tastes just like the high quality flour pastas - maybe even better, stands up to any topping and left overs still taste good the next day!
