Le Veneziane corn pasta is ideal for those who enjoy natural, healthy food, or celiac, or are gluten-intolerant. The pasta's rich natural carotenes convey it a characteristic golden yellow color. Also low in fat and cholesterol free.
Cooking Instructions -
For best results use about 2-qts water, 1-Tbsp salt for each pound of pasta. Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook 7/8 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Jun 16th 2020Very hard to find GF capellini, I'm guessing it's because of the GF flour etc that might make it hard to make a fine noodle that doesn't fall apart or stick to itself. These are the only ones I've found that are pretty close to gluten capellini. Be careful how long you cook these, I found they cooked quicker than indicated. Makes it easier to handle since they come in little "nests" which are measured well for a serving (or maybe you'd want two if you've got a good appetite!). First time I cooked these I should have tested them sooner, and they did break apart some, but the gluten capellini do that too!

Jun 11th 2020Capellini is one of my favorite pastas. Delicate and super fun to twirl around with your spoon and fork. I typically enjoy this pasta with a tad bit of butter and maybe a hint of sauce. This pasta has the same texture as flour pasta but tastes even better because I love the hint of corn which just adds to the depth of flavor. I cook it exactly to the instructions and it comes out perfect every time. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with or without a gluten free diet because it is absolutely delicious and even when reheated doesn't lose its taste or consistency. Top rated for me.
