Le Veneziane corn pasta is ideal for those who enjoy natural, healthy food, or celiac, or are gluten-intolerant. The pasta's rich natural carotenes convey it a characteristic golden yellow color. Also low in fat and cholesterol free.
Cooking Instructions -
For best results use about 2-qts water, 1-Tbsp salt for each pound of pasta. Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook 7/8 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.

Nov 24th 2018Le Veneziane Gluten Free Corn Pasta Capellini ----- These are fantastic. Don't over cook them. I use them in soup, pasta dishes, anything calling for an angel hair pasta. We absolutely love them.

Sep 27th 2017I don't get it. To me, Le Veneziane just tastes like pure corn. The texture might be good, but that taste throws me off too much. My mom is NCGI as well and she loves it.

Jul 20th 2017This pasta is awesome! I buy the lasagna and fettuccine noodles regularly. They are great as well. This is the closest texture to regular noodles as I have found. Definitely worth the price and the carbs.
