Cooking Instructions:
Add 1 1/2 tsp of salt to 2 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx. 5-6 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite sauce or add to your favorite soup.

Aug 30th 2017OMG I was so excited to find gluten-free tortellini! Conte's has done it again with an amazing pasta. I can't get enough! I put them in my salad or I eat them plain. Sometimes I use a little Alfredo sauce. These are just so good! The texture is just right-but don't cook them too long or they get mushy. The cheese flavor is extraordinary. I just love these and will keep buying them!

Jul 14th 2017I was very excited to find GF Tortolloni, but was very disappointed in the taste. We love Tortolloni in creamy tomato soup but my family said it has a soapy funny after taste. We had to throw it away.

May 13th 2017Loved their ravioli and pierogis and can now add the Tortolloni to our need to reorder list. What makes the Conte pastas outstanding is their dough. Great consistency, do not fall apart and like "real" pasta dough is soft after boiling. I only purchased one package to try and so I served it as a side with my home made pesto - outstanding. So now I will ordering several bags to keep in my freezer. We are now ready to try the Stuffed Shells. Thank you Conte's!

May 12th 2017I was really looking forward to trying this, was super disappointed. I love pasta, so maybe I am too picky, but it tasted like wallpaper paste (or what I imagine wallpaper paste would taste like). I had made an entire pasta salad out of it and had to toss it after one serving, I just couldn't bring myself to eat it again.
