I wish they tasted better. Some gluten free pasta isn't bad, but I thought these tasted funny. They didn't have a good fresh pasta taste. It could be perhaps the way I used them. I used them in a chicken soup recipe that called for tortellini.

We have been ordering Conte's GF Pasta products for years and this is our very favorite! My daughters, who aren't gluten sensitive, like them just as much as regular gluteny pasta. We like them best tossed in melted butter, yum!

I was slightly disappointed in the Tortolloni. I knew not to expect that it would be as good as the "regular" version, but I think the reason it was a letdown was because the cheese filling was not as good as others I have had in the past. For the noodle part, it was to be expected. Another thing about these is that (just like most gluten-free noodles) you have to be very careful when cooking because they have a tendency to disintegrate if you leave them on too long or at a high temperature. I would consider buying them again but only because there are so few GF alternatives available.

Oh my goodness - this product is awesome!!  I was so happy and amazed when I cooked them, they held up without breaking and the texture and flavor was supreme. I will stock up on these. Mmmm!!

I have been craving tortellini for years now. I have had no luck even finding such a product in a gluten free version. I jumped at the chance to order these. Boy, they did not disappoint! Great filling, and wonderful pasta texture. I have bought 5+ bags of these and will likely always keep some in my freezer. A must try for you!
