Cooking Instructions:
Add 1 1/2 tsp of salt to 2 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx. 5-6 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite sauce or add to your favorite soup.

Jan 10th 2018Before being diagnosed with Celiac this was my favorite pasta and I truly never thought I would have it again. This is spot on wonderful. Perfect texture and consistency. I make a tortolloni sausage soup and it didn't fall apart like other grocery store pasta, thanks so much!!

Dec 24th 2017I cooked these in my pasta boat, and maybe that was my first mistake but they were pretty awful. The noodles were soft and the cheese tasted like chalky cardboard. The worst part about it was the smell. That smell was foul!
