Cooking Instructions:
Add 1 1/2 tsp of salt to 2 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx. 5-6 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite sauce or add to your favorite soup.

Jun 10th 2020Having bought and tried other Conte's products in the past, and absolutely loved them, I decided to give the Four Cheese Tortellini a try. I had been missing tortellini for years, and no matter how hard I looked, could not find a GF version. They were fantastic. Instead of preparing them the traditional way by boiling in water, draining them, and adding a sauce, I instead used an favorite recipe of mine that I had gotten from a cooking show years ago. I boiled them in Chicken broth, then served it in the broth too, topped with GF Parmesan crisps. It was delicious. I've just ordered a few more bags with my recent order to have some more on hand. My only complaint, like with the ravioli, is that for 10 oz of pasta, the cost is quite high (But that goes for everything GF). I'd love to try and make a GF tortellini pasta salad sometime, but not sure I can justify spending nearly $16 on the tortellini alone.

Feb 14th 2020I have been craving tortellini for 10 years. It is the 1st gluten free that I have found since my diagnosis. Delicious! Satisfied my cravings and then some. Great with sauce, or in soup. I will definitely be purchasing this again.

Feb 10th 2020Overall, these are probably the best you're going to get for gluten free tortellini. They aren't perfect- they're very easy to overcook and sometimes fall apart a bit even if you don't overcook them. However, they do satisfy the craving for tortellini and still do tend to have a pretty good texture. They are a bit bland, but actually that's kind of how I like my cheese tortellini so that was kind of a plus for me.

Oct 16th 2018I liked it but found the pasta to be a little on the chewy side. I have more in my freezer and maybe if I cook them a little bit longer it will be even better.
