The pasta immediately clumped together in the boiling water even though I stirred it. That surprised me because I didn't have that issue with the regate. Maybe it was a bad batch - I will try it again. The part that didn't stick together was very tasty.

This is by far the best gluten free pasta that I have eaten. I have tried several different gluten free pastas, and this one is my favorite. This includes gluten free pasta from restaurants as well.

This is the best gluten-free pasta I've tried! Better than other 100% corn pastas too. I am keeping some in stock all the time and eating it a few times a week.

This pasta is absolutely the finest gluten-free pasta on the market. My wife is gluten-sensitive, I am not and this really creates a problem when we both love pasta dishes. I was about to give up and resort to the fact that we could not eat pasta anymore. Most of the pastas on the market taste either 'grainy' or slick or just plain old slop, NOT THIS ONE... don't get me wrong I still prefer the good old pasta, but if you or one of your loved ones has a gluten-sensitive or God forbid a Celiac diagnoses there's still hope for pasta lovers. I have not tried all of the Le Veneziane line but the Spaghetti and Penne are great substitutes.
