Nov 2nd 2014I wasn't sure what to expect from these lasagne noodles, but I was very pleasantly surprised they worked perfectly in my recipe. I did not cook them in advance, but I assembled the ingredients and let them rest in the fridge for a few hours. The end result was very tasty, cooked perfectly, and they held up well for leftovers.

Oct 29th 2014Lasagna corn pasta is wonderful. We cooked it to the minimum amount of time before assembling the dish. Even the left over portion was great. No mushy noodles. Just really good lasagna - finally.
