Ingredients - GLUTEN FREE DOUGH: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, non-gmo canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum.
FILLING: rBst-free whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream, starter, salt), chopped spinach, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part skim cow's milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt.
Contains - Milk, Eggs
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to 4 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx. 8-10 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite Conte's sauce.

May 12th 2008This was awesome. I would diffently buy it!! I could not tell the difference between regular ravioli and the Gluten Free Ravioli. When I was eating Gluten I was a noodle freak. That was basically all my meals had some form of noodles. I would give this a try on regualar spaghetti saunce and or alfedo saunce or just some parmasean cheese.
