Ingredients - GLUTEN FREE DOUGH: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, non-gmo canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum.
FILLING: rBst-free whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream, starter, salt), chopped spinach, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part skim cow's milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt.
Contains - Milk, Eggs
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to 4 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx. 8-10 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite Conte's sauce.

Mar 23rd 2012Contes has the best pastas. I have tried the cheese and this spinach and cheese ravioli, both are great. Taste just like the "real" thing. You would not know it was gluten free. The spinach, cheese is so tasty, the ravioli is tender, yet firm. All together a great product. Will buy in more in the future.
