Ingredients - GLUTEN FREE DOUGH: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, non-gmo canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum.
FILLING: rBst-free whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream, starter, salt), chopped spinach, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part skim cow's milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt.
Contains - Milk, Eggs
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to 4 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx. 8-10 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite Conte's sauce.

Feb 29th 2016Love, Love, Love these! They cook nice, never sticky or gummy. Make sure you cook on a low boil, stirring often, so they do not break them open.

Sep 27th 2015One of my favorite meals has always been spinach ravioli with sautéed spinach, and it was hard to give that up when I went gluten free. This ravioli is a great substitute for the ravioli I used to get, though! It's wonderful to be able to eat ravioli again, particularly ravioli that isn't just straight cheese.
