Ingredients - gluten free dough: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum. filling: whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream starter, salt), parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt, parsley.

Good manufacturing practices are used to segregate ingredients in a facility that also processes wheat.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover bottom of baking dish with your favorite sauce. Place stuffed shells into dish, cover with sauce. Bake 35-45 minutes.

Jun 5th 2017Conte's is 3 for 3! First, the ravioli, then the peirogis, now we add the stuffed shells to the list. Had these for Sunday supper yesterday and they were outstanding. Contes has GF pasta dough down pat. Another 5+ star product. Looking forward to trying the gnocchi.

Feb 15th 2017I LOVE stuffed shells. Conte's Pasta Cheese are very good - good filling, soft dough on the shells. If I needed to buy gluten free stuffed shells these are the ones I would buy. For our taste, however, we prefer the Conte's Pasta Cheese Ravioli's - they just seem to have more flavor.

Feb 10th 2017Have purchased these many, many times. Tastes exactly like authentic Italian. The shells are loaded fully and we use our own sauce. Just like going to a true Italian restaurant, but GF which is a necessity for me. So happy these are available!

Jan 28th 2017I'm glad this brand has such wide distribution, I realize alot of people probably have no other GF pasta options. But I've tried to cook this for myself and I ended up with shells that were hard and cheese that was watery and leaking out. Is there a trick to cooking Conte products properly?

Dec 30th 2016I've only been Gluten Free for a few month. I don't have Celiac I'm only Gluten Intolerant. We had these for dinner on Christmas. They were delicious!! I had to check twice to make sure I had taken the shells out of the "gluten free" pan! I can't wait to have them again!!!
