Ingredients - gluten free dough: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum. filling: whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream starter, salt), parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt, parsley.
Contains - Milk, Eggs
Good manufacturing practices are used to segregate ingredients in a facility that also processes wheat.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover bottom of baking dish with your favorite sauce. Place stuffed shells into dish, cover with sauce. Bake 35-45 minutes.

Jan 10th 2018I had these last night and used my own sauce and added mozzarella and baked it for 45 minutes. My boyfriend who doesn't have Celiac said it was so good if I hadn't told him it was gluten free he wouldn't know the difference. He's a cyclist and eats a lot of pasta for carbs so that is a big compliment. Thank you for offering so many wonderful gluten free options I never thought I would be able to enjoy again.

Jan 5th 2018This are delicious! Just as good as any "regular" stuffed shell. I make these for a quick, delicious meal with my favorite sauce (ready in 40 minutes or less). I add a Udi's french baguette and this is one of my go-to easy faves!

Aug 30th 2017These are so good! I cannot find a gluten-free shell to make manicotti anywhere,but Conte's has made another fabulous pasta. I put these in the oven with a yummy red sauce and they are delicious. Like most pasta, it tastes even better the next day!
