Ingredients - gluten free dough: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum. filling: whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream starter, salt), parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt, parsley.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover bottom of baking dish with your favorite sauce. Place stuffed shells into dish, cover with sauce. Bake 35-45 minutes.

Jan 29th 2016These are absolutely delicious! The pasta on the shells has the texture of the pasta I had prior to going gluten free. My family, who does not have celiac, ate these and couldn't even tell they were gluten free. It was absolutely delicious and I would without a doubt buy this again...in bulk! I come from an Italian family and we take our pasta seriously, my great grandma used to make it all from scratch and these were honestly delicious! Worth the buy!!

Jul 27th 2015These stuffed shells are delicious. My only disappointment was that there were only 6 in the bag. That surprised me since the ravioli and the perogies have a good amount. They were still good as leftovers the next day for lunch.
