Conte's Pasta Gluten-Free Cheese Ravioli (FROZEN)
Wheat Free/Gluten Free - 12 raviolis per 12 oz. package.

I ordered 10 bags of the Conte's Cheese Ravioli in April and it is just June and I am already back ordering more!  This is my daughter's favorite out of all of the gluten free foods that we have tried.

Very tasty! Pasta is tender, cheese filing is flavorful. Great texture. Very pleased with product. Don't over-cook or you lose some of the filing though.

Superb pasta! Texture is great, not gummy. Cheese flavor is so good that make a mock lasagna with these ravioli. I par boil them, put some sauce in baking dish, a layer of ravioli, top with sliced zucchini, meat sauce, sliced Mozzerella. Delish! I freeze individual servings with my seal a meal too ! Do not over cook when boiling. Remember the pasta continues to cook when you take it out if the water.

Some of the ravioli broke open while cooking, which makes a mess when draining and saucing them. However, the texture and flavor is good.

I make these into a lasagna. I layered with extra ricotta, mozzarella and then baked. I am not able to find these in our local store anymore. They are the best!
