The Conte's GF Cheese Ravioli are awesome! We have been eating them for years. While living in Texas they were available at our local grocery store and we loved them so much, we've been ordering them online two moves to two other states later!

This is a definite hit!  I've missed Ravioli since I went Gluten Free a year or so ago. I was so was delighted to fine such a tasty Gluten Free Ravioli, the sauce with it was especially good also, just the right amount of spice.

Conte's Gluten Free Pasta Ravioli is incredibly DELICIOUS!! It is by far the very BEST tasting cheese ravioli I have ever had, and that includes before I found out had Celiac Disease and was gluten intolerant. It's so good, you can eat it plain with no sauce! The cheese is soft and really fills the pasta. The pasta is soft and truly tastes like real pasta, not like most of the GF pastas out there that are mushy, grainy or card board-ish. I promise you, if you served it to people who can eat wheat and regular pasta...they'd NEVER notice the difference. HELPFUL COOKING TIPS: Boil water first, then put ravioli into the boiling water CAREFULLY so you don't get splattered. Cook them for the minimum time first, and if they are floating, poke a fork in one and if it's easy to do so....take them out of the boiling water. They will stick to each other super quickly, so you need to separate them on a plate right after taking them out of the water. :) I am totally in LOVE with Conte's Gluten Free Pasta Ravioli!!!

This product is so AWESOME! Anything they make turns to gold! Just like any other pasta, including the gluten kind, when making it, you have to cut off the time of cooking at least 2 minutes, maybe 3 to make the perfect pasta! It is so delish and it came out perfect everytime! You do have to do my instructions though or you will get a very sad product! But that isn't their fault it is the user friendly's fault because that is a given for gluten and GF pasta! The flavor in fact is delish! When I could eat normal gluten products, it is hard to compare which tastes better! FYI, just like normal cooking pasta products, save at least half a cup of the draining liquid to add to your sauce! It helps the sauce and pasta combine! ALWAYS, ALWAYS salt your pasta too! Conte's is awesome! I served it w/out telling my GF none GF friends and they had no clue! They where shocked when they found out! A lot of them shy away, when I say it is GF.

If you cook them just right, not too much and not too little, they have great texture. I overcooked them and they exploded in the water, I undercooked them and they were a little too al dente, you have to just watch them in the last minute of cooking. They taste great with marinara.
