Jan 9th 2009Wow - I can't believe I can eat ravioli again! These are nice and plump with cheese. At first I thought the noodle was a little thick when I was tasting for done-ness but once I added sauce and topped with Parmesan it was perfect! Reminds me of ravoili you'd get at a family run Italian restaurant.
