Cooking Instructions:
Add 1 1/2 tsp of salt to 2 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx 6-8 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite sauce.

Ingredients - Gluten Free Dough: rice four, corn starch, tapioca dextrin, water whole eggs, canola oil, xanthan gum, salt, guar gum, sodium alginate. Filling: whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, starter, salt), butternut squash, water, romano cheese (whole pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), brown sugar, corn starch, sage, salt, parsley.

Jan 7th 2017This was an interesting dish. I had never had Butternut Squash Ravioli before and the Butternut Squash was very good, delicately seasoned. The Ravoli was surprisingly tough, did rather spoil the dish. Was surprised that I needed to add my own sauce.

Feb 29th 2016I love, love, love these! Love the flavor, they cook great, and are just one of my all time favorites. I like them with nothing on them; cook them up, maybe add a little butter so they don't stick together. Five stars for sure!
