Potatoes have been a staple crop in cultures around the world for thousands of years. Most often recognized for their carbohydrate content, they are an excellent source of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and potassium, among other vital nutrients.
To Prepare: Mix 3/4 cup water and 1 Tbsp. butter in pan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and add 1/3 cup cold milk. Stir in 3/4 cup potato flakes. Makes 2 servings.
For creamier potatoes, add more liquid; for thicker potatoes use less liquid.
1. Use flakes to thicken soups, stews, sauces, & gravies.
2. Add flakes to breads, rolls, or other baked goods for a soft, delicate texture.
3. Make a batch of mashed potatoes for classic shepherd's pie.

No additives, artificial colors or flavorings, or any animal/dairy residue are used to make our organic potato flakes. Because of this lack of additives, the color of the reconstituted flakes may appear slightly grayish.
Packaged as part of a naturally gluten free rotation in a facility that also handles wheat, sesame, soy, & tree nuts. The equipment and surrounding areas are carefully cleaned between rotations, as well as tested to 20 ppm before the naturally gluten free rotation begins. Tested to less then 20ppm.
