They can be enjoyed on their own for quick snack, but also add delicious flavor to baked goods. High in protein, dietary fiber, and minerals like calcium, iron and potassium, our Macadamia Nuts are a healthy & nutritious addition to any diet!
Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place in a 350°F oven. Toast until golden, about 12-15 minutes. Allow nuts to cool down before grinding or chopping to prevent an oily texture.
1. Use ground macadamia nuts in pastry dough or sprinkle on the bottom of pie shells for a nutty taste.
2. Sprinkle over your favorite salad or dessert.
3. Roast & chop to add your favorite cookie, bread and granola recipes.
4. Grind into a paste, with a touch of oil and honey to make a tasty nut butter.
5. Enjoy a handful straight out of the bag!
Storage: Due to their fat content, macadamia nuts are extremely perishable and care should be taken in their storage. To maximize shelf life, we recommend storing nuts in an airtight container in your refrigerator or freezer.
