Jun 11th 2020Penne is by far one of my favorite pasta shapes. This pasta has the same texture as flour pasta but tastes even better because I love the hint of corn which just adds to the depth of flavor. I cook it exactly to the instructions and it comes out perfect every time. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with or without a gluten free diet because it is absolutely delicious and even when reheated doesn't lose its taste or consistency. Top rated for me.

Jan 31st 2020This, Le Veneziane, is the only brand of gluten-free pasta that I have found that my husband likes. He's Italian, LOVES pasta and has for the most part been very unhappy with pasta until we found this brand. It is affordable and delicious, having none of the strange texture and taste of most of the GF pastas we tried before this.. The Penne Rigate holds up to a vodka sauce and is heavenly with a porcini mushroom cream sauce. I am grateful to be able to order it and the many other varieties of Le Veneziane available through Gluten Free Mall.

Dec 1st 2018Penne is one of my favorite pasta shapes and the Le Veneziane product is superior in taste, texture and flavor. I see other reviews have indicated the corn flavor is too much for them but personally, I don't find it overwhelming at all. I've topped this product with my favorite sauces including, white clams, scampi, etc. Every time, it comes out perfect. Most other gluten free pastas come out mushy. Following the instructions carefully to not overcook also is a critical factor for me as I do prefer my pasta more al dente. Any left overs are still firm and flavorful the next day!
