Le Veneziane corn pasta is ideal for those who enjoy natural, healthy food, or are gluten-intolerant. The pasta's rich natural carotenes convey it a characteristic golden yellow color. Also low in fat.
Cooking Instructions: Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook. 5/6 minutes. Drain pasta. Store in a cool, dry place.

Sep 27th 2017I would really love a good tagliatelle, but this one doesn't work for me. I don't get it. To me, Le Veneziane just tastes like pure corn. The texture might be good, but that taste throws me off too much. My mom is NCGI as well and she loves it.
