Ingredients - GLUTEN FREE DOUGH: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, non-gmo canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum.
FILLING: rBst-free whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream, starter, salt), chopped spinach, parmesan cheese (pasteurized part skim cow's milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt.
Contains - Milk, Eggs
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to 4 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pasta into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer and cook pasta for approx. 8-10 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite Conte's sauce.

Oct 4th 2017I like the taste of the spinach and cheese ravioli, especially the filling. I thought the texture of the pasta itself was a little bit grainy and could be smoother. When I fried the ravioli after cooking, it helped with the texture.
