Ingredients - GF flour (rice flour, corn starch, xanthan gum), eggs, water, salt, canola oil filling: potatoes(boiled without skin), onion, water, salt, black pepper.
Good manufacturing practices are used to segregate ingredients in a facility that also processes wheat.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to 4 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pierogies into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer & cook pierogies for approx. 8-10 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite trimmings.

Nov 15th 2019I can’t even begin to tell you how excited I am about finding this website and these DELICIOUS pierogies! I’ve been gluten free and dairy free (minus eggs) for over a year now and to be able to add something that I absolutely adored back into my diet is outstanding!! I pan fried them in ghee butter, organic onion powder and garlic powder, and they turned out SOOOOO GOOOOOOD! I ate the entire bag!! Lol! Although I do miss dunking them in sour cream I used some zip sauce and melted butter as a dip!! For those looking for a delicious zip sauce that free of allergens I HIGHLY recommend "The original zip sauce”. Thank you Gluten Free Mall!! You definitely have a customer for life!
