Ingredients - gluten free dough: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum. filling: whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream starter, salt), parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt, parsley.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover bottom of baking dish with your favorite sauce. Place stuffed shells into dish, cover with sauce. Bake 35-45 minutes.

Jan 16th 2012These are the BEST GF stuffed shells we have ever tried! The first time I made these, I actually had to check the package to be sure it was gluten-free. Of course the shells are firmer and denser than regular pasta shells, but they still taste great.

You don’t know what that meant to me, as he thought that the food I had to eat to survive has not been great!!!! But these shells are awesome!!!!!!
