These are a great go to. Good texture and flavor. After boiling them up, I love frying them in butter for a nice crisp and serving them with sour cream or with a cream sauce and spinach. I wish they had additional flavors such as spinach and sweet potato.

I really like these gnocchi and when they are on sale, the price is excellent. Gluten free gnocchi is so hard to find, so I am thankful for this. The texture is nice and smooth just like other gnocchi.

Never as good as the home made "casero" fresh ones are, but these are good. A fine addition to gluten free eating.

These are delicious - even though they are frozen and GF. These also cook up whole (these do not shatter) and they also hold up to sauce really well.

I'm glad this brand has such wide distribution, I realize alot of people probably have no other GF pasta options. But I've tried to cook this for myself and They were soft and sticky. I need more bite to my gnocchi. Is there a trick to cooking Conte products properly?
