My company did a large order at my request because I was craving Maine blueberry pie. My work best friend got this one, and out of all of the flavors she got (a total of 5), this was her favorite. The pies are a little small, but they are flavorful and gluten free! Which means the pies are guilt free/pain free also, in my opinion. The only issue I had was around the verbiage related to the units, which I hope will be corrected soon.

Totally delicious and satisfying; I am chocoholic 100% certifiable and felt no sense of deprivation or disappointment. Highly recommend this pie.
I am beyond in love with this brand!!!! I fell in mad love with their blueberry pie, and followed it up with a vastly-inferior Gillian's blueberry pie and that was when I knew I had a problem that couldn't be solved by my local store. I had to have Maine Pie Company Pies, and I had to have them NOW. I promptly placed a second order with several pies in it, as many as I could afford. This chocolate tart was one of them. I was on the fence about it because I'm not too big of a fan of chocolate tarts, never having liked chocolate mousse that much and finding most bakeries make a crappy flourless chocolate decadence cake to get those gluten-free dollars. I thought it was weird that this was like a brownie in a crust. It wasn't like a pudding, which would make sense in a crust. Then I tasted it, and realized the texture wasn't quite a brownie because it was a little wetter and crumblier than that. But not in a gross way at all...in an amazing, super-chocolatey way. I had an instant head rush from the pure chocolate drug power. My non-GF spouse usually looks at my desserts with contempt but he ended up stealing this from me and eating more than half of it. I baked it less than 30 hours ago and all that remains are rafts of the pie crust where he's been picking off those last chocolate bits. I plan to break up the remaining crust and any choco bits which survive onto my lactose-free ice cream, which barely got eaten against the powerful taste of this tart. WOW is all I can say. Infinitely better than the $35 flourless chocolate cake sold near my house.
