OMG For how long have I been trying to come up with my own GF version of lemon bars? This is it. When I took it out of the oven, I got a bit of the lemon filling on a fork and licked it off, and I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. Just that tiny little taste. Note: the instructions say to bake it for "about an hour". I would recommend that they change that label to "45 to 55 minutes". The crust was *definitely* *way* overcooked, to the point of being burned. You bake it in the paper wrapper and "peel" the paper off, but the crust had burned *into* the paper, and removing it was impossible. I was able to break enough of the crust off to get some idea of what it *should* have been like. Next time I'll bake it for 45 minutes, and then start taking it out to check the crust. Regardless, I'm ordering another one immediately!

It is just ok to me, I love lemon curd and use it on other things I eat but this is a bit too tart for me and also a bit too sweet. It is hard to find good gluten free desserts so for all I have tried I guess it was ok.

I loved it, a bit tart but I love it and have already bought again! Lemon Curd is one of my favorites so this is perfect!

Once again, I am completely smitten! I didn't know how an almond crust woven over the top could be on a lemon curd tart. I was worried it wouldn't be delicious. Quite the opposite...it's the best lemon tart I've ever had, and the almond crust is in perfect proportion for an amazing contrast. Instead of going to the bakery, I go to the freezer and bake up one of their products. Fortunately, my non-GF spouse loves these are much as I do!!! And he's a huge snob about my 'inferior food' so it's a miracle!!!

This is a delicious, bakery quality dessert. No one would think it came out of your freezer. It is my go to dessert for dinner parties.
