Rich, creamy, and mildly sweet, SHILOH FARMS Organic Coconut Milk Powder is the perfect option for vegans, those with dairy allergies, or anyone else looking for a convenient, all natural, plant-based milk alternative!

Made from the flesh of mature, ripe coconuts, coconut milk powder contains many of the healthy benefits (like vitamins, minerals, and MCT fatty acids) that keep this tropical fruit so in demand. Even better: while many coconut milk powders use sodium caseinate (a dairy protein) as an emulsifier, ours does not. That means it's both vegan- and paleo-friendly!

Because coconut milk powder requires no refrigeration (just add water!), it's ideal for travel and those on-the-go. And, since you can make as much or as little as required, you'll never have to worry about spoilage or unwanted waste. 

Directions: Add 1 Tbsp. SHILOH FARMS Coconut Milk Powder to ½ C. hot water and stir well. For a creamier result, add more milk powder until desired consistency is achieved.

2. Mix up some homemade hot cocoa with a subtle coconut sweetness.
