These croissants are good for easy and relatively quick GF croissants. They are flaky and on the crispy side. These do not have layers of buttery soft dough but rather crisp flaky layers.
When will these be available again I have been looking for years for some and I am glad to find them but they are out of stock when will they be back in stock?
I first had these while on a Europe vacation. Gluten Free Mall is the only place I can find them. Love these!! After 10 years+ of being gluten free, it's like eating real bread again.
These are the best gluten-free croissants that I have tried! They are costly, shipped frozen on dry ice...I ordered 2 packages and a couple were crumbled in the bag....still delish!
If you fill these with nutella before baking them, they just disappear. I suspect that chocolate would be similar. If you just eat them plain, they are ok, but if you are willing to play a bit, they are great!
