All of their spring rolls are artisan hand rolled, a long lost tradition that has been replaced by machines.

Ingredients - Filling: cabbage, carrots, onion, green beans, tofu (non-GMO soybean, water, magnesium chloride nigari), bean thread (mung bean, water), green peas, lemon grass, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, organic alcohol (to retain freshness)), sea salt, spices, garlic powder.
Shell: gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), water, sea salt, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.
Sauce: water, sugar, pineapple concentrate, distilled vinegar, vegetable color (paprika extract).
Fried with NON-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.

May 21st 2018Best light lunch that I have found. Sometimes I wish there was more sauce to dip into because I really like the Sweet & Sour taste on the rolls. Like to have a box handy all the time.

May 4th 2018So good. I had to toast in the toaster oven a little longer then recommended. I made my own dipping sauce with garlic mayo and gluten-free soy sauce, WOW. I will be buying again.

Apr 30th 2018These are sooo good. So very easy to cook much like the egg roll. They are very tasty. Since it comes with sauce you don't have to buy any first, Excellent for snack or a meal. Filling, if I could more than five stars I would.

Apr 27th 2018These Spring Rolls remain one of my favorite meals. I have found that the sauce thaws quickly under a stream of water so no need to put it in the microwave where it often breaks.
