All of their spring rolls are artisan hand rolled, a long lost tradition that has been replaced by machines.

Ingredients - Filling: cabbage, carrots, onion, green beans, tofu (non-GMO soybean, water, magnesium chloride nigari), bean thread (mung bean, water), green peas, lemon grass, tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, organic alcohol (to retain freshness)), sea salt, spices, garlic powder.
Shell: gluten free flour (garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, white sorghum flour, fava bean flour), water, sea salt, non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.
Sauce: water, sugar, pineapple concentrate, distilled vinegar, vegetable color (paprika extract).
Fried with NON-GMO expeller pressed canola oil.

Nov 11th 2018Thai spring rolls with the sweet and sour sauce are so very good. Seems to have a nice balance of finely chopped vegetables and rice. The sweet and sour sauce is very tasty but not quite enough for 4 spring rolls.

Aug 30th 2018Spring Rolls were often a favorite of mine in one of the Thai restaurants that I like to frequent. If I were to make any changes in this I'd put a bigger pouch of the sauce that really makes the taste of these rolls special.

Jul 5th 2018LOVE!!!!! I have been craving these for some time now and these were perfect!!!!! Browned them on the stove so they had a great crunch and they really tasted authentic to me, flavor was spot on!
