Le Veneziane corn pasta is ideal for those who enjoy natural, healthy food, or are gluten-intolerant. The pasta's rich natural carotenes convey it a characteristic golden yellow color. Also low in fat.
Cooking Instructions: Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook. 5/6 minutes. Drain pasta. Store in a cool, dry place.

Jun 11th 2020What is not to love about fettucce. I love to top it off with one of my favorite new kale and cheddar pasta sauces accompanied by either fresh steamed veggies or a tad bit of sausage. This pasta has the same texture as flour pasta but tastes even better because I love the hint of corn which just adds to the depth of flavor. I cook it exactly to the instructions and it comes out perfect every time. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with or without a gluten free diet because it is absolutely delicious and even when reheated doesn't lose its taste or consistency. Top rated for me.

May 5th 2020I made a chicken casserole for dinner last night and this was the best egg noodle for the recipe. I have a very hard time finding a good fettuccini egg noodle. My husband gave my dinner a 5 star!

Apr 30th 2020I made a crawfish fettuccine and no one could tell that this pasta was gluten free! I was nervous that it would be mushy, but it came out perfectly. I boiled for 4 minutes, added my homemade Alfredo sauce and baked for 20 minutes and the texture was great! I will be ordering this in bulk from now on.

Apr 22nd 2020All of the Le Veneziane pastas are terrific. A neutral flavor and "toothy" texture, not gummy like some other pastas. Even great texture the next day, like wheat pastas.

Jan 31st 2020We have always loved Fettuccine, especially with seafood and a cream sauce but none of the gluten free pastas we tried stood up to the sauce. Most gluten free pastas available in local stores had an unpleasant texture and taste. This one didn't have any of the "different" taste and texture It was excellent. My husband who is a tough critic was perfectly pleased and requested more of the same soon. I couldn't be happier. It's discouraging to go to the trouble of preparing a meal and then get complaints, not due to anything you can change, so I am delighted to have Le Veneziane pastas available!
