Le Veneziane corn pasta is ideal for those who enjoy natural, healthy food, or are gluten-intolerant. The pasta's rich natural carotenes convey it a characteristic golden yellow color. Also low in fat.
Cooking Instructions: Add salt to boiling water. Add pasta, stirring occasionally. Cook. 7/8 minutes. Drain pasta. Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf Life: 12 months

I have an amazing kale and cheddar pasta sauce that I use (as I don't care for red sauce) that just entirely meshes with the subtle corn flavor of this pasta. Delish! I cook it exactly to the instructions and it comes out perfect every time. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with or without a gluten free diet because it is absolutely delicious and even when reheated doesn't lose its taste or consistency. Top rated for me. I will continue to order!

Jan 31st 2020My husband was diagnosed with a celiac problem requiring only gluten free foods we tried many brands and have been dissatisfied until we found Le Veneziane. A specialty store near us carried the brand but didn't have much of a selection. Luckily we were referred by a friend to this Gluten Free Mall website. Although somewhat more expensive than regular pasta, it is WELL WORTH the extra expensive and still reasonable. These shells are really nice with a hearty bolognese sauce. It doesn't have any of the "different taste and texture" often found in gluten free pasta. It was excellent. My husband who is a tough critic was perfectly pleased and requested more of the same soon. I couldn't be happier. It's discouraging to go to the trouble of preparing a meal and then get complaints, not due to anything you can change, so I am delighted to have Le Veneziane pastas available!

Dec 8th 2019This is great pasta that can actually achieve al dente reliably. Although, I find that it doesn't cook as evenly or reliably as the tagliatelle. Still better than any other brand I've had with a similar shape.
