Ingredients - GF flour (rice flour, corn starch, xanthan gum), eggs, water, salt, canola oil filling: potatoes(boiled without skin), onion, water, salt, black pepper.
Good manufacturing practices are used to segregate ingredients in a facility that also processes wheat.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of salt to 4 quarts of water, bring to a boil, gently place frozen pierogies into water. Stirring gently, bring water to a simmer & cook pierogies for approx. 8-10 minutes. Drain well, top with your favorite trimmings.

Nov 29th 2011OMG -- these are sooooo good! I really enjoyed them. They are delicate, so don't boil them too rigorously, and I recommend draining them individually with a slotted spoon. With a little bit of butter and black pepper -- couldn't ask for a more perfect entree!

Apr 23rd 2011After boiling, I brushed these with an egg wash and put them under the broiler (on low) for a few minutes to give them a crispy finish. I think next time I will serve them with stuffed cabbage with a spicey tomato sauce because they are a little bland (but still very good).

Jun 9th 2010You won't believe your nose....oh my goodness...Just like mama's!!!! Delish, yummy! First try, I ate the entire package! Use care while boiling, these are very delicate-gently boil, scoop out individually. Try cooking in a pan with a little butter.
