Ingredients - gluten free dough: non-gmo rice flour, non-gmo corn starch, water, whole eggs, canola oil, non-gmo xanthan gum, non-gmo guar gum. filling: whole milk ricotta cheese (pasteurized whole milk, cream starter, salt), parmesan cheese (pasteurized part-skim cow's milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), powdered cellulose added to prevent caking, natamycin (a natural mold inhibitor), water, salt, parsley.
Contains - Milk, Eggs
Good manufacturing practices are used to segregate ingredients in a facility that also processes wheat.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover bottom of baking dish with your favorite sauce. Place stuffed shells into dish, cover with sauce. Bake 35-45 minutes.

May 28th 2020These were delicious. Super easy to make and they cooked fully without the shell dough tasting rubbery, undercooked or gummy like some gf stuff does. They also held together and weren’t understuffed. Very satisfying!
