Our frozen, ready to bake pie shell is perfect for friends & family with dietary needs and tasty enough for those without! In addition to using responsibly sourced palm fruit oil, our gluten free pie shell is allergy friendly and does not contain any of the top eight allergens (milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish, fish, peanuts, tree nuts, soy) or corn!
Ingredients - brown rice flour, water, organic palm fruit oil*, organic evaporated cane syrup. tapioca starch, potato starch, contains less than 2% of each of the following: sea salt, aluminum free baking soda (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, tapioca starch, monocalcium phosphate), guar gum.
*organic palm fruit oil is responsibly sourced adhering to the standards of palm done right.
