White English Muffins
Our delicious gluten free English muffins are soft and chewy. Wheat-free and
soy-free, you can enjoy them even if you’re on a restricted diet.
Ingredients - Water, corn starch, tapioca starch, nonfat dry milk, corn flour, egg whites, sugar, less than 2% of: canola oil, salt, cellulose gum, glucono-delta-lactone, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), yeast, baking soda, pectin, sodiumalginate, modified cellulose, vitamin and mineral enrichment blend (maltodextrin, iron, nicin, tricalcium phosphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin).
Contains - Eggs, and Milk
This product is stored frozen in our warehouse, but can be shipped dry (without freezer box and dry ice) to locations with no more than a 2 day ground transit time from PA. For maximum product integrity and shelf life, please store this product in the freezer upon arrival until ready for use.
