This product has two versions for ordering, a Dry and a Frozen. This page is the Dry version.

This product is stored frozen in our warehouse but can be shipped dry (without an insulated box and dry ice) to East Coast locations. For maximum product integrity and shelf life please store this product in the freezer upon arrival until ready for use. Udi's French Baguettes - 2 rolls

Our gluten free French Baguettes are the perfect complement to any meal. They have all the taste and texture of classic baguettes—crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside—but without the gluten. Dairy-free and nut-free, it’s time to enjoy this gourmet favorite once again!

Ingredients - water, brown rice flour, (rice flour, rice bran with germ), tapioca starch, potato starch, modified tapioca starch, egg whites,  canola oil, rice bran, yeast, xanthan gum, salt, cane sugar, cultured corn syrup solids, citric acid (mold inhibitor), lactic acid, enzymes, fumaric acid
