To craft these gourmet morsels, premium organic ginger is first crystallized using a slower cold candying technique to bring out its very best properties (in addition to tasting great, ginger is also regarded as something of a cure-all due to its unique anti-inflammatory and immunity-boosting properties!). It is then enveloped in antioxidant-rich, Fair Trade Certified 70% dark chocolate and coated with a light dusting of cocoa to create a better-for-you treat that's still decadent enough to feel like a "guilty" pleasure!
